Ever since my significant involvement in the ABA began in 1994, I have loved the people and the purpose of our section. My submission for nomination for 2007/2008 offers a quick summary of why I wanted to be Secretary of the Family Law Section. I enjoy bar involvement and participation and hope to continue both for a very long time. As Family Law Attorneys, we have such an enormous opportunity to help our communities and the communities of others. Whether you got involved in family law by choice or by default, once you are there, it must be clear how significant an impact our work can have on the lives of families and children.
